My Story

Bethany’s path into therapy was shaped by years of working closely with people in high-intensity, deeply human spaces. She began her career providing in-home behavioral support during and after graduate school, then moved into aftercare and reintegration services where she supported individuals and families navigating major transitions.

Across every setting, one truth became clear to her: healing begins when people feel genuinely seen. That belief continues to guide her work today, grounding her approach in honesty, presence, and real human connection.

She spent eight years working in inpatient psychiatric acute care, supporting clients through some of their most vulnerable moments and gaining a deep understanding of how trauma, environment, and generational patterns shape emotional health.

Alongside this work, Bethany has maintained a private practice for over a decade, helping adults process complex family dynamics, trauma, and life transitions.

My Approach

Bethany’s approach is grounded, direct, and deeply relational. She believes therapy works best when it feels human not overly clinical or detached. Sessions are rooted in honest conversation, thoughtful reflection, and a steady presence that allows clients to explore difficult experiences without feeling rushed or judged.

Drawing from CBT, DBT, and trauma informed care, Bethany helps clients understand their inner world while also recognizing how family systems, environment, and generational patterns have shaped them. She balances insight with practicality, supporting clients in building awareness, finding language for their emotions, and learning how to communicate more safely and clearly in their relationships.

Bethany meets clients where they are, offering both compassion and truth. Sometimes that means listening deeply. Her goal is to help clients feel more grounded, connected, and capable of moving through life with clarity and self trust.
