My Story

I grew up in a Lao household shaped by Buddhist values, cultural loyalty, and the quiet strength expected of daughters in Southeast Asian families. At school, I entered a world that did not understand where I came from. I learned early on how to adapt, observe, and silence parts of myself in order to fit in.

“Healing is not about becoming someone new. It is about returning to who you were before the world told you to be someone else.”

When I was finally diagnosed with ADHD and autism in my late twenties, everything clicked. It gave me language for the experiences I had carried alone for years. What followed was a slow, compassionate journey back to myself. I learned to listen to the parts of me I had ignored for so long. I reconnected with my inner voice, my intuition, and the younger version of me who deserved softness.

This work helped me come home to myself. Now I help others do the same.

My Approach

I understand how heavy it feels to carry emotions you cannot share, especially when culture and family taught you to stay quiet, grateful, and composed.

In my work, nothing is too much and nothing needs to be hidden.
I help you explore the cultural stories, survival patterns, and internal conflicts you carry. I do not push decisions or rush you. Instead, I walk alongside you as you reconnect with your needs, your boundaries, and the parts of yourself that have been quiet for too long.

What It Is Like to Work With Me

My clients describe our work as steady, grounded, warm, and deeply attuned.

I offer a calm presence and a space where you do not need to perform strength. You can soften, pause, question, and speak honestly without fear of being misunderstood.
I hold a small caseload to ensure each client receives thoughtful, personalized care. You are never just an appointment on my calendar. You are supported with attention, presence, and intention.
